The plot of “Body Slam” focuses on Josie (played by Febby Twigs)— she escaped her past as an MMA gym-rat raised in her late father’s boxing gym by disappearing in Thailand, until sudden family circumstances force her to return home and deal with the unfinished business she left behind. She crosses the line by mixing business and pleasure, jeopardizing her future and saving the gym. Nathan stars as an MMA coach that teaches girls to fight. Nathan’s scene is with Kay Carter and Victoria Voxxx. “What a pleasure it was to work with Nathan. I knew he had a martial arts background, but I was happily surprised when I realized how serious his fighting skills are. He’s the real deal and exhibited incredible form, strength, and raw power. His ‘superman’ punches were off the hook—and he was fantastic as a romantic lead, too,” says Kay Brandt.
