XCritic Editor Don Juan DeMarko has a new interview with Ms. Love and porn comes up only peripherally; instead they passed most of the time talking about \u2013 you guessed it! \u2013 her growing real estate empire.<\/p>\n

While Brandi has shot many scenes that feature her working in real estate, viewers must be forgiven if they thought it was just a setup. After all, what hasn\u2019t Brandi played in a movie? But Brandi the real-life real estate queen is as real as the millions of orgasms that fans have unleashed to her over the years.<\/p>\n

It all started when she and her husband were leasing houses while vacationing and were so often underwhelmed by the accommodations even when they were paying as much as $7000\/week. The Love family decided to do things differently.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to take a different approach,\u201d she told XCritic. \u201cWe chose luxury lakefront properties that were in distressed situations and did luxury renovations with luxurious finishes. We also decorated them with high-end furnishings and original works of art sometimes from very famous artists such as Pissarro and Takashi Murakami and Loui Jover.\u201d<\/p>\n

While she doesn\u2019t want to get too specific about their holdings, she will say that they are concentrating their efforts along the East Coast, from Maine to Florida and are also exploring opportunities in the Caribbean. Their intent is to renovate for weekly rentals, but they have sold off some Michigan holdings this year. Where she once hoped to build up a real estate empire, she now puts more focus on her life.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe intent was always to purchase, renovate and then lease the properties on a weekly basis. That said, sometimes plans change,\u201d she said. \u201cOver the years our personal goals have changed. At one time we really wanted to have a real estate empire, but as time went on and we gained experience, we\u2019ve come to realize what we really want is to live a comfortable, peaceful life.\u201d<\/p>\n
