The first episode, \u2018Vanniall\u2019 starring Vanniall and Ashley Lake (out May 17) , follows a trans woman of color who heartbreakingly describes the persistent feeling of being an outsider, even within her community. \u201cYou go to a straight club, you\u2019re othered; you go to a gay club, you\u2019re othered\u2026 it\u2019s hard to connect with people because being trans is such a specific experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shot exclusively by trans creators, Being Trans 24\/7 beautifully captures individual portraits of trans performers from all walks of life – male to female, female to male, different generations, backgrounds and cultures – giving them a platform to share their stories with the world.<\/p>\n
