Born in Louisiana, the super-petite adult film performer, model and streamer stands a mere 4\u2019 8\u201d tall, with a gorgeous gym-fit 32B \u2013 24 \u2013 33 figure.<\/p>\n

At age 18, Spades got her start in adult entertainment as an exotic dancer at Larry Flynt\u2019s Hustler Club in New Orleans, Louisiana, before moving to the Penthouse club down the street. But when Spades turned 20, New Orleans made it unlawful for people under the age of 21 to strip,<\/p>\n
