\u201cJake, who is battling Synovial Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that affects the tissues around the body\u2019s joints, embarked on a remarkable journey towards fulfilling one of his bucket list dreams – meeting his favorite adult film stars – and his path led him to my podcast,\u201d said Pownall.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was so touched by his story and determination, I wanted to devote two episodes entirely to Jake. In the first half, listeners are introduced to his life, cancer battle and the strength that fuels his dreams. The emotional connection between Jake and the podcast’s audience begins to grow as they get to know the man behind the illness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pownall explains that the second half of this heartwarming journey takes an unexpected turn when Nikki and Kazumi decide to surprise him. \u201cLet\u2019s just say that things got steamy. What unfolds is a night that Jake will never forget, which we get to hear in full detail in Episode 2.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pownall agreed: \u201cJake showed up. Jake was so good at having sex with porn stars. It made me wonder does he really even have cancer. I\u2019m just happy that this is motivating him to get better to get healthy to get out of his treatments, and it feels so good that we\u2019re able to pay for his treatments through the sale of this video. He gives me a lot of credit for doing this, but it\u2019s all on him\u2026 he showed up! He\u2019s the man and he\u2019s making this happen for himself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Marshall added, \u201cI\u2019m going to have to have an operation to get basically an epidural, to get a Medtronic intrathecal pain pump inserted into my stomach fat that goes directly into my spinal cord with medicine for the rest of my life. It sounds terribly freaky, but is not a terrible surgery and seems to be done often; probably the decision that\u2019s going to be made and may very well be a lifelong decision.<\/p>\n

\u201cI may not be able to have all ability, but they said it would let me be able to still work out and walk, so it seems all positive besides limiting me from abdomen exercises and stuff like that. I\u2019m glad we did what we did, because I don\u2019t know what kinda future I\u2019m looking at exactly \u2026 thank you guys forreal for what we did . Bucket list shit!\u201d<\/p>\n
