Chicago – Izzy Wilde is feeling the love with two big announcements at Sunday\u2019s Trans Erotica Awards Show, as the wildly popular performer took home the trophy for 2024\u2019s \u2018TS Virtual Lovers Model of the Year\u2019 on behalf of the VR brand Trans Virtual Lovers.<\/p>\n
Upon taking the stage to accept her award, Wilde took a moment to express her gratitude, saying, \u201c\u201dIt\u2019s hard to know when the wind will blow your way, so that\u2019s why it\u2019s important to live your truth and express yourself every day\u2026 the unknown is scary, but you never know if you never try,\u201d before dropping a bombshell statement:<\/p>\n
\u201cIn about six months from now, I will be undergoing bottom surgery\u2026 this is extremely important to me and I\u2019m ready, even if I have no idea how things will be after. All I know is that I am prepared for the worst and hoping for the best\u2026 I hope that I can continue sex work after my recovery, but time will only tell. Until then, I will be making new content up until September\u2026 it\u2019s exactly six months, it\u2019s September 10th.\u201d<\/p>\n
While Wilde\u2019s future in the industry may be uncertain after September, she says that \u201cmy transition is for me, and I’m so grateful to be able to be in this position in the first place.
