Stripped by SIA is a weekly podcast that brings to light the experiences of sex workers and adult industry professionals, with the aim of de-stigmatizing the sex industry through education and humanization. Steph Sia has interviewed hundreds of guests from varying walks of life, including porn stars, cam models, directors, producers, clients, allies and non-profit organizations, tackling real life challenges that sex workers endure. Her hope is that listeners will leave with a better understanding of sex work that is free from judgment, biases and negative stereotypes.<\/p>\n

The spicy and often riotous episode 203 tackles the do’s and don’ts of podcasting: as a host, as a guest, and as a person who might be looking to start a show. \u201cWe love podcasting in this industry and love all of our guests,\u201d Sia stated. \u201cAfter 13 years total for both of us, it’s safe to say that we’ve learned a thing or two. Matt and I spill the tea on podcasting and share many laughs in this episode (which I’m sure you will too!).\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMatt was an incredible guest to have on the show,\u201d added Sia. \u201cAs a fellow podcaster, we stress in this episode the importance of the qualities and characteristics of a good guest, host, and those wanting to start a podcast in the adult industry. Matt raised many points which I, too, stand behind, such as promoting the episodes, being on time, and basic communications. It was a conversation that was long overdue.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slayer remarked, \u201cI really appreciate that Sia had me on to talk about something I\u2019m truly passionate about: bitching in regards to bad podcast guests.
