Chicago – Karma Rx had an October to remember, winning at three separate industry awards for her work in front of the camera. The beloved starlet took home the Pornhub Award for Hottest Inked Model, the NightMoves Award for Best Boobs and two Inked Awards for Starlet of the Year and Group Scene of the Year for her scorching-hot three-way with Joanna Angel and Small Hands in Burning Angel\u2019s All Access POV 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The star\u2019s fan-voted awards – held in Los Angeles and Tampa, respectively – are of special importance to her, as she voiced her gratitude for the people who enjoy and support her work – and made the effort to voice that support through voting. The Inked Awards, held in Edison, New Jersey, honor inked performers and people who support ink in the adult industry, many who are overlooked at other awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI don\u2019t really think too much about winning awards, because the odds are so stacked against you amongst so many other talented, gifted and gorgeous performers,\u201d said Karma Rx. \u201cSo when you find out you did win – and more than that, the fans took the time to vote for you so you could win – it\u2019s mind-blowing.
