Acclaimed Director\/Star Celebrates Nominations for Her Boundary-Pushing Body of Work, and Her Scorching Taboo Scene with Victoria Voxxx<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Chicago – The 2019 Fleshbot Awards nominees have been announced, and acclaimed adult film director \/ performer Dana Vespoli earned nods for Director of the Year, and Best G\/G Scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Director of the Year nomination recognizes Vespoli\u2019s body of work in a year that brought the acclaimed director\u2019s magnificent return to Evil Angel, helming and co-starring in controversial titles such as the religious-themed \u201cMinistry of Evil<\/a>\u201d \u00a0with Riley Steele and Julia Ann, and the acclaimed semi-documentary exploration of sexual freedom and responsibility, \u201cConsent<\/a>\u201d featuring Emily Willis and Ivy LeBelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI went from shooting roughly 34 movies a year to shooting around six movies in 2019,\u201d said Vespoli. \u201cThat\u2019s a huge change. What was nice about it was being able to really put time and energy into just a few projects, rather than deal with the anxiety of pre-production during production of the movie I was currently working on. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAll that said, I am most proud of \u2019Consent\u2019. It was a timely movie, a very personal and meaningful one, and a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with John Stagliano, who is a hero of mine and my raison d\u2019\u00eatre in this business, so to speak.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of her Best G\/G Scene nomination, for her performance with Victoria Voxxx in the self-directed \u201cLesbian Stepmother 5<\/a>\u201d, Vespoli said, \u201cI am very happy to be nominated with Victoria Voxxx for our scene, because I think she is enormously talented and beautiful. I really want to see her blow up in the industry, because she has it all: incredible performer, talented actress and musician, smart and gorgeous.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI want to thank Fleshbot for all of their support over the years,\u201d Vespoli said. \u201cIt has meant a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fleshbot Awards honors the best websites, talent and content in the adult entertainment industry. These awards are truly by the people, for the people, with porn fans voting on their favorites to determine the winners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
