\u201cMy focus with Balanced Bodies is helping people repair their relationship with food and exercise. I came from a binge and restrict background when I first started modeling and body building and I am finding it more and more common,\u201d says Courtney. \u201cI coach weight training and nutrition and I weave in yoga and meditation for a mind and body approach. At home I help clients by teaching them how to cook, how to grocery shop and to understand\/enjoy what they\u2019re eating.  In 2020 I am expanding to leading retreats internationally, I will also be taking on a limited number of local SoCal clients to cook and meal prep for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Courtney Byers made a name for herself in the adult entertainment industry while pursuing her business degree. As she took charge of her career and education, she sought new adventures inside the world of fitness.
