Carolina Panthers over the Tampa Bay Bucs…cuz I like the teal colored uniforms!

Philadelphia Eagles over the Atlanta Falcons…an Eagle will out fly a Falcon every day…even away from the nest!

Jets Jets Jets over the Cleveland Browns…I read somewhere online about a sophomore slump for Mayfield…and the internet is always spot on!

I love my Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but Winston looks bad in the pocket. He doesn’t have any protection and he took a lot of hits on Sunday. Since it’s a short week, he’s going to be a bit sore. I understand Kam is bit hurt but I’ll go with Carolina 21 – 7.

I’ll take Atlanta over Philly even though Jackson is hot right now with touchdowns. Close game, but Atlanta will win by 1 touchdown/field goal/2 point conversion. Close game maybe even go into overtime.

Cleveland to Win .

Carolina over Tampa….Atlanta over Philadelphia… Cleveland over NY Jets

Thursday

Tampa @ Carolina – The Panthers have too many weapons on both sides of the ball for the Buccaneers to handle. Panthers 27 Bucs 17

Sunday

Buffalo @ NY Giants – The Bills defeated the Jets by a point last week in a taffy pull of a game. Big Blue was handled easily by the Cowboys last week in Dallas. However, if the Giants dedicate more to their run game they should win in a close game. Giants 23 Bills 20

Minnesota @ Green Bay – Last week the Vikings manhandled the Falcons, but I don’t think the Falcons are that great. As Chicago found out the hard way, any time Aaron Rogers is at QB the Packers have a chance. Green Bay 27 Minnesota 24

Indianapolis @ Tennessee – The Titans crapped all over the Browns last week 43 – 13 in what was supposed to be the start to a magical season for Cleveland. Meanwhile, in San Diego, the Colts played pretty well for having Andrew Luck retire so soon to the start of the regular season. Titans 31 Colts 27

Arizona @ Baltimore – Last week the Ravens hung a 59 burger on the lowly Dolphins while the Cardinals kissed their sister in a tie with the Lions. I don’t think the Ravens will hit 50 this week, but they should win easily. Ravens 31 Cardinals 17

San Francisco @ Cincinnati – The Bengals lost a close game at Seattle last week while the 49ers took care of the Bucs and a pretty sloppy game. Dalton & company will manage to win in their home opener. Bengals 34 49ers 24

LA Chargers @ Detroit Lions – Note to Lions: Playoff teams win games against teams that have both a rookie QB and head coach in the opening game. The Chargers could be the best team in the AFC. Chargers 34 Lions 24

New England @ Miami – Do the Patriots want to score 40, 50, or 60 points? That’s the only question in this game. Patriots 37 Dolphins 17 (They’ll pull Brady in the 4th quarter)

Jacksonville @ Houston – Jaguars quarterback Nick Foles is out and porn star mustache wearing Gardner Minshew II takes his place. Texans lost a heartbreaker last week in New Orleans but they’ll get things rolling early and often this week against Jacksonville. Texans 38 Jags 20

Seattle @ Pittsburgh – I haven’t seen the Steelers play that poorly in years. Something isn’t right with that team. Seattle on the other hand won their opener in a squeaker against the Bengals. The Seahawks running game will be the difference in this game. Seattle 24 Pittsburgh 20

Dallas @ Washington – I’ll jump on the Dallas bandwagon this week. I have no faith in Case Keenum as a QB. Cowboys 34 Redskins 20

Kansas City @ Oakland – Both teams are undefeated with the Chiefs taking care of Jacksonville and the Raiders downing the Broncos. The Chiefs have too many weapons for the Raiders to handle. Factoring in the great rivalry, it should be close. Chiefs 31 Raiders 27

New Orleans @ LA Rams – This should be the game of the week. Both teams have solid defenses and explosive offenses. Rams 27 Saints 24

Chicago @ Denver – Not unlike Cleveland last week, the Bears laid an egg on national TV after receiving a ton of hype in the off season. The Bears go up against their old defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. This shapes up to be a defensive struggle resulting in a low scoring game. Bears 20 Broncos 17

Sunday Night –

Philadelphia @ Atlanta – The Falcons need to rebound after getting rocked in Minnesota last week. The Eagles, however, looked strong in their road win at Washington. Eagles are good enough to travel to Atlanta and unleash another putt kicking. Eagles 31 Falcons 24

Monday Night –

Cleveland @ NY Jets – Baker Mayfield and the Browns had their ass handed to them last week by the Titans while the Jets lost a heartbreaker to the Bills. This is a new week playing under the bright lights of Monday night. Time for the Brown to prove last week was a fluke. Browns 34 Jets 20
