Chicago — Rising adult star Jamie Jett has earned the first award nomination of her young career, for Starlet of the Year at the 2021 Inked Awards.
“I’m so grateful to Inked Angels and the Inked Awards for this amazing welcome into the adult film community,” said Jett. “It warms my heart to be nominated, and I can’t thank them enough.
The talked-about newcomer, who debuted in the World of X just over 3 months ago, added, “I’m still feeling lucky to be involved in this amazing business, so being on the Inked Awards nomination list is wonderful and surreal. Particularly because I’m a big fan of Kenzie Reeves and Brooklyn Gray; it’s an honor just to be thought of in proximity to such amazing performers.”
The Inked Awards’ ‘Starlet of the Year’ category is voted on by a panel of adult critics and reviewers. The winners on the 2021 Inked Awards will be announced in the coming weeks at a virtual Inked Awards presentation, celebrating the onscreen achievements of tattooed – and tattoo-friendly – performers in the adult film world.
Jett added, “If there’s anything in particular that the audience — including the voting panel — sees in my performances, I hope it’s my enthusiasm . . . because I’m loving every minute of it.”
