Chicago – Trans star Roxxie Moth picked up nominations this week for four AVN awards, including her first for trans performer of the year.

Moth’s recent movie Femtop 2, produced under her recently-launched BDSM label Femtop.xxx, scored a nomination for best BDSM movie or limited series, marking Moth’s first award nomination as a director.

The movie’s third scene, which stars Moth herself alongside trans performer Aphrodite Adams and cis female Sully Savage in a Catholic nun exorcism scenario, was also nominated for most outrageous sex scene.

Other scenes from the movie, released in July of this year, feature Charlotte Sartre, Penny Peacock and Violet October in scenarios ranging from abduction and bondage to florentine flogging and CBT.

Moth also played the title character in most clever title nominee “The Handjob’s Tale: A Nerds of Porn Parody” by director Adam Christopher. Moth is the first trans performer to star in a scene for Christopher’s Nerds of Porn label.

“It feels surreal to have something I created recognized on the biggest stage in porn,” Moth said. “When Adam called me to break the news I almost didn’t believe him.”
