Chicago – Loves Models is putting out a call to help their new agent Savannah Jane. About a month ago the vivacious force to be reckoned with suffered a heart attack. This was on the heels of finishing chemo for her second bout of breast cancer. While in the hospital, doctors discovered a lump on her spine as well as a gallstone, necessitating further procedures.

Despite having health insurance, the plucky survivor still managed to quickly rack up medical debt from her ongoing surgeries, doctor’s appointments, and after care. Her friends at Loves Models have set up a GoFundMe for Savannah, and the star-turned-would-be-agent is asking anyone who can help at this time to come forward.
