Chicago – SWAID Las Vegas is seeking generous contributions this holiday season in order to provide vital aid to sex workers in need. The organization has official 501(c)(3) non-profit status, which means donations to SWAID are tax deductible.

“You can help make the holiday season better for at-risk sex workers with your tax-deductible donation to SWAID,” says Codi Vore, an adult industry performer and one of SWAID’s founders. “The donations we receive make a significant impact in the lives of sex workers by allowing us to provide cash grants to help with bills and groceries, as well as provide harm reduction supplies and vital aid like contraceptives.”

Additional SWAID founders include adult performers Summer Hart, Xander Corvus, Queen Ava, Tegan Trex and Div.

SWAID is run entirely by sex workers, which sets it apart from other organizations with a lesser understanding of the community’s needs. The organization’s primary goal consists of getting direct financial aid out as quickly and compassionately as possible. 100% of contribution funds go straight to sex workers who need them.

As the organization continues to expand, new sponsors and contributors are important to help meet the demand for assistance.

“The holidays have always been about giving,” says Vore. “We are excited to work with any companies or individuals with an interest in keeping sex workers fed, safe, and able to provide for themselves and their families, both over the holidays and beyond.”

Individuals who want to donate to SWAID Las Vegas can do so through its contribute page, and companies interested in assisting the organization in an ongoing way should email swaidvegas@protonmail.com.
