David’s naturally friendly disposition, upbeat personality, and ability to engage others in conversations is reinforced by a resilient work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding customer experience. “I would say my specialty is reassuring people that yes, we do in fact know what we’re talking about. We are always here to help them when they’re hesitant to ask for assistance.” Because he knows how frustrating it is for customers to be interacting with a sales representative who doesn’t understand their needs, he diligently tests and studies new releases so he can provide support that comes from a place of experience and understanding. “What I like the most about my job is getting to learn about all the new stuff coming out and educating myself more about the products.”
