Chicago – Madam Bella Cummins, owner of Bella’s Hacienda Ranch located less than 200 miles from Salt Lake City, Utah, announced in an exclusive for the New York Post that her legal brothel will offer a 10% discount on all sensual services to patrons from the Beehive State. Cummins decided to provide the discount as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation towards the numerous Utah clients who frequent her establishment. Moreover, it serves as a conscientious effort to alleviate the ever-growing sexual repression encountered by the people of Utah.

“For the remainder of 2023, all clients with a Utah ID will receive a 10% discount on all services offered by the sex workers of Bella’s Hacienda,” Cummins said. “For decades, my establishment has been the go-to bordello for Salt Lake City punters. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, my business was temporarily shuttered, casting an air of uncertainty over the brothel’s future. When we finally reopened, my Utah patrons returned in droves, significantly contributing to the resurgence of my business. The time has come for me to express my gratitude for the unwavering support of these valued clients.”

Bella’s Hacienda is the closest legal Nevada brothel to the State of Utah. Cummins disclosed that Salt Lake City has long been the top location driving traffic to the brothel’s website, indicating a sustained interest and curiosity in sexual exploration from Utahn web visitors. She estimates at least four of every ten in-person customers are men from Utah, her largest customer base at the brothel. The madam holds the belief that the substantial influx of clients from Utah can be attributed not solely to the brothel’s proximity to the state, but also to Utah’s reputation for stringent regulation of its citizens’ sexual interests.

“Utah is our nation’s most sexually repressed state,” Cummins said. “In preceding years, the state’s leaders have deemed adult entertainment a public health crisis. Recent legislative actions in Utah now enforce age verification requirements for entry into adult websites. These laws, which greatly restrict access to adult content, combined with a culture that views sexual freedom as an unhealthy pursuit, contribute to an environment where men conceal their desires in shame, longing for an outlet where they can freely express their sexual selves without fear of judgment.”

“My hope is that this discount will help provide much needed relief to Utahns yearning for a remote place where they can privately explore their desires with nonjudgmental sex workers in a secluded setting, devoid of concerns about legal ramifications or potential exposure within their community,” Cummins said.

Prostitution has been legal in Nevada since the early 1970s in the form of rurally-located licensed and regulated brothels. 73-year-old Cummins is the longest serving living female brothel owner and has operated Bella’s Hacienda for 37 years.

“A lot of people believe that the big adult entertainment money is in Las Vegas and other urban areas known for vice and gaming,” Cummins said. “But the people that seek out Nevada’s brothels the most are those with supremely suppressed sexual desires, and Utah has an abundance of such individuals. It’s my duty to do what I can for these sensually starved men, just as they have supported me with their patronage through the years.”
