Chicago – OnlyFans star Rae Richmond is opening up about her recent cosmetic surgery and sharing a powerful message of self-love and empowerment.
“This summer, I had a facelift and a BBL. Normally I would think that this was no one’s business, but it seems like everyone has an opinion about it,” explains Richmond. “Seeing the beautiful Dolly Parton’s NFL halftime show in her Dallas Cowboys cheerleader costume and reading all of the commentary on both sides of the issue made me realize that the time had come to tell my story and to go public with my own truth.”
She recounts a recent exchange with a fan buying content shot prior to her July surgery, who told her that she looked ‘old’. “Not too long ago, this would have sent me into a tailspin of self-doubt, and I would have agonized over the negativity, examining myself in the mirror for every sign of imperfection. The video presented a completely age-appropriate face of a 56-year-old woman. I am a 56-year old woman.
“As we get older, people tend to want to put us into a box., and somehow aging ‘gracefully’ to some people means no cosmetic enhancements. I’ve always known that when I felt it was time, I would have work done – and would want to do it for myself. To me, feeling better about oneself is the very best reason to make this type of decision, though I know not everyone will agree.”
Richmond asserts that “there is no shame in being my age and I’m very proud of my content, which has been enjoyed and praised by thousands of fans. I considered retiring some of my older content, but I’ve decided instead that I’m going to stand tall and speak my truth. I am here to show the world that this 56-year-old is far from finished… in fact, I’m just getting started.
“Cosmetic surgery is not something to be ashamed of, and I make no apologies for who I am. I won’t be counted out or placed in a box. I’m at the top of the OnlyFans platform for a reason, and I intend to stay there – and help other women get there as well.”
