And lastly, Neil and Corey will be discussing a recent Supreme Court ruling and the potential consequences for clothing line “FUCT” being refused a trademark due to the Lanham Act’s prohibitions on trademark registration applying to marks that “consist of or comprise immoral or scandalous matter.” It will be a highly informative hour that will conclude with a Q&A.
