Jets @ Colts—-I am picking Indy at home. The Colts are average, and the Jets are below average. Now that the Jets have won a couple of games, they won’t be surprising anyone. The Colts won’t underestimate them and will win at home.
Browns at Cincy—The Bengals must be embarrassed about losing to the Jets last week. OBJ wants out of Cleveland and has officially become a distraction. Cincy wins a close game at home.
Green Bay at KC—This is hard to pick. Kansas City over Green Bay
Tennessee @ LA Rams—Titans lose D Henry and the Rams are the best team in football. Rams win.
Chicago @ Pittsburgh—Poor Justin Fields. I hope the kid survives the season. The Bears offense versus the Pittsburgh defense is a horrible matchup for Chicago. Big Ben is on his last legs but he’ll do enough to win. Pittsburgh wins.

Thursday:
New York Jets @ Indianapolis – The Jets stunned the world last week with their upset win over the Bengals with backup QB Mike White leading the way while the Colts lost a heartbreaker in OT to the Titans. At the mid-point of the season the Colts have to start stacking wins to have any hope of a playoff berth. Colts 27 Jets 20
Sunday:
Atlanta @ New Orleans – Atlanta blew a home game against Carolina while the Saints upset Tampa while losing their starting QB Jameis Winston. The Saints are just one game back of the Bucs and even with adversity they find ways to compete. Saints 30 Falcons 24
Denver @ Dallas – Even without Dak Prescott the Cowboys managed to defeat the Vikings last week. Denver evened their record at 4 – 4 with a win over Washington but they made a huge hole in their defense when they traded Von Miller to the Rams. Cowboys 31 Broncos 20
New England @ Carolina – This was supposed to be a rebuilding year for the Patriots but at 4 -4 they are still in the playoff hunt after their road win last week against the Chargers. Carolina continues to struggle without Christian McCaffrey. Patriots 27 Panthers 24
Minnesota @ Baltimore – The Ravens had last week off while the Vikings managed to lose to a backup QB against Dallas at home. The Ravens are sitting nicely on top of the AFC North while the Vikings need wins to get a wild card berth. Ravens 34 Vikings 24
Cleveland @ Cincinnati – Cleveland lost an ugly game at home against the Steelers while the Bengals suffered a brain cramp in losing to the Jets on the road 34 – 31. This is one of the best rivalry games in football. Bengals 27 Browns 24
Buffalo @ Jacksonville – The Bills appear back on track with a solid win over Miami last week while the Jaguars were soundly defeated by Seattle. Bills 37 Jaguars 20
Houston @ Miami – Trade talks broke down between these two teams that would have sent Deshaun Watson to the Dolphins. This game is all about pride and guts since both teams suck. Miami 24 Houston 20
Las Vegas @ New York Giants – The Giants had their chances but eventually lost to Chiefs 20 -17 Monday night while the Raiders had the week off. The Raiders currently sit atop the AFC West, but more trouble landed in the Raiders lap when they released WR Henry Ruggs III who was arrested on a charge of DUI resulting in a death. Raiders 27 Giants 24
Los Angeles Chargers @ Philadelphia – The Eagles dismantled the Lions last week on the road while the Chargers lost to the Patriots at home. The Chargers aren’t that bad nor are the Eagles that good. Chargers 31 Eagles 24
Green Bay @ Kansas City – This would have been hard to predict a winner, but it appears Aaron Rogers will be out because of a positive Covid test. Chiefs 31 Packers 20
Arizona @ San Francisco – Arizona lost at home against the Packers last Thursday while the 49ers struggled but finally came out with a win against the Bears. Arizona gets back on track with this game. Cardinals 31 49ers 20
Sunday Night:
Tennessee @ Los Angeles Rams – Titans star RB Derrick Henry is gone for the season while the Rams traded for Broncos star defensive player Von Miller. Game over. Rams 27 Titans 20
Monday Night:
Chicago @ Pittsburgh – Bears QB Justin Fields showed flashes of greatness last week in their loss to the 49ers while the Bears defense fold its tent in the second half. Pittsburgh gutted out a road win against the Browns last week. This game will ride on the Steelers defense. Steelers 27 Bears 17
